What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive the details you enter: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, preferred dates, group size, the experience you’re interested in and any notes. If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you send there.

With each enquiry the website also records technical details: the page you sent it from, the page you first arrived on, the website that referred you (for example Google), your IP address and the approximate city and country it indicates, and your device type, operating system and browser. We use these to understand how guests find us and to filter out spam.

Enquiries are stored in a private Google Sheet and sent to our team by email and Telegram, so they are processed by Google and Telegram on our behalf.

To keep spam out, our forms use Google reCAPTCHA v3. When you use a form, reCAPTCHA collects information about your device and how you interact with the page and sends it to Google to judge whether the form is being sent by a person. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, plan and confirm your trip, and share necessary details with the guides, artisans or drivers delivering your booking. We do not sell your data or send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and loads no third-party tracking scripts. To know where an enquiry came from, your browser keeps a note of the first page you visited and the referring website for 30 days. It stays on your device and is only sent to us if you submit an enquiry.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking records only as long as needed for the trip and for our accounting and legal obligations.
